Job Description: The Decor Designer will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and implementing design projects from inception to completion. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a thorough understanding of current design trends and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for various design projects.
• Create initial design concepts and present ideas effectively to clients and team members.
• Develop detailed project specifications, including layouts, color schemes, furnishings, fixtures, and materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure design elements are executed accurately and on time.
• Oversee the installation of design elements at project sites and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule and within cost constraints.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance services and deliver cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Decor Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing completed design projects.
• Degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field from an accredited school.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative and visualizing skills with the ability to see the potential in all spaces.
